A ONG "o bullying NÃO tem graça" nasceu após a experiência de bullying na família dos fundadores.
A indignação pela falta de informação e sensibilidade da parte dos autores/bullers, pais e educadores, fomentou a ideia de apoiar essa causa tão importante.
Oferecemos formação e capacitação contínuas para profissionais da educação e outras áreas, preparando-os para lidar com o bullying de forma eficaz e legal.
O programa inclui:
Capacitação: Formação para lidar com o bullying, destinada a profissionais da educação, gestores, síndicos, RHs e interessados.
Monitoramento e avaliação: Acompanhamento do progresso e ajustes para garantir a eficácia das ações.
Certificação: Processo de certificação com documentação clara e procedimentos definidos.
O objetivo é capacitar, implementar, certificar, auditar e conduzir comunidades para combater o bullying de forma contínua e integrada, envolvendo toda a comunidade escolar e a sociedade.
